Shipping Destinations
My Smart BFF ships to selected countries within the European Union.
Available shipping destinations are displayed at checkout.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, where applicable.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times depend on your location and selected shipping method:

Standard EU delivery: 8-15 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing (if applicable), or circumstances beyond our control.
In all cases, delivery will take place no later than 30 days from the date of order confirmation, in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection laws.

Standard shipping is free.
Express courier delivery is available from €33, depending on destination and order details.

Delivery Issues
Please ensure that your delivery address is accurate and complete.
My Smart BFF cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
If your package arrives damaged or appears to have been tampered with, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@mysmartbff.com, including photos where possible.
Undelivered or Lost Parcels
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us so we can investigate with the shipping carrier.
If a parcel is confirmed lost in transit, a replacement or refund will be offered in accordance with our Refund & Returns Policy.
