My SMART BFF is a Smart Mini Finder Card designed to help track everyday items.
It connects to your smartphone via Bluetooth using the SeekTag app, allowing you to tag items, locate them more easily, receive notifications when an item moves out of Bluetooth range, and view the last known location displayed in the app.

3. Are My Smart BFF Products certified and safe to use ?

Yes. My SMART BFF products are CE-marked and designed to comply with applicable EU regulatory requirements. They are manufactured in accordance with relevant standards and intended for Bluetooth-based item tracking.

4. Do I need a smartphone to use My SMART BFF products ?

Yes, a compatible smartphone running iOS 15.4+ or Android 8+ is required to use My SMART BFF Mini Finder Card.

5. What is your Refund & Return policy and Customer Support like ?

In accordance with applicable EU consumer protection laws, customers may request a return, refund, or exchange within 14 days from the date of delivery.
