Returns and Refunds
Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable EU consumer protection laws, customers have a period of 14 days from the date of delivery to return a product and request a refund or exchange, without penalty, except for return shipping costs, which remain the responsibility of the customer.

Returned items must be in their original condition and complete (including packaging, accessories, and instructions) to allow resale as new.
Damaged, incomplete, or soiled items will not be accepted.
The right of withdrawal may be exercised online using the withdrawal form available on this website or by any other clear statement expressing the intent to withdraw.
If the right of withdrawal is exercised within the applicable period, the purchase price of the returned product(s) and the original delivery costs will be refunded.
Refunds or exchanges (subject to availability) will be processed within 5 days, and no later than 14 days after receipt of the returned goods.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal :

In accordance with applicable EU consumer protection laws, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:

The supply of goods whose price depends on fluctuations in the financial market beyond the control of the seller and which may occur during the withdrawal period; The supply of goods made according to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized;
The supply of goods that are likely to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
The supply of goods that have been unsealed by the consumer after delivery and which cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection;
The supply of goods that, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items due to their nature;
The supply of alcoholic beverages whose delivery is deferred beyond thirty (30) days and whose value agreed upon at the time of conclusion of the contract depends on market fluctuations beyond the control of the seller;
Urgent maintenance or repair services carried out at the consumer’s home and expressly requested by the consumer, limited to the spare parts and work strictly necessary to address the emergency;
The supply of audio or video recordings, or computer software, when they have been unsealed by the consumer after delivery;
The supply of newspapers, periodicals, or magazines, except for subscription contracts for such publications;
The supply of digital content not provided on a tangible medium where performance has begun after the consumer’s prior express consent and express waiver of their right of withdrawal.
