These Terms of Service govern the sale of products offered on the website www.mysmartbff.com, including smart Bluetooth-enabled tracking devices designed to help locate personal belongings.
Any order placed on the website implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms of Service.

Products offered for sale are those described on the website on the day of the order, subject to availability.

4. Orders
Orders are placed online via the website www.mysmartbff.com.
Once an order is placed, the customer will receive an order confirmation by email.
The sale becomes final once payment has been successfully processed.
My Smart BFF reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in the event of payment issues, incorrect customer information, or suspected fraud.

In accordance with French regulations relating to Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR), My Smart BFF is registered with the competent eco-organization responsible for the management of household packaging waste.
